Hello everyone,
Meo and I are always trying to find better ways in managing the community that is easier on us and better for all of you! In light of some past situations we have decided that we needed a person that we could trust in keeping the AG philosophy in mind while trying to be fair in dealing with sensitive situations. Someone who can be objective, firm but fair. This will help lighten the load for Meo and I but also having a in between person to negotiate or mediate situations is a good way of resolving issues.
Therefore, Meo and I are please to announce a new manager in AG. Work (AKA 2 thumbs) from IGib has been a long time friend and supporter of AG. Work knows and understands what AG is trying to accomplish and has assisted us through many bumps already along the way. When we approached Work about this position he was thrilled to jump on board. We have every confidence that Work will do a wonderful job for us all. Some responsibilities of Work will be resolving conflicts within the community amongst members, and AG guests. No AG discipline will be followed without going through Work first to ensure that things are being done objectivity and fairly. Other things would be linking AG to other communities and updating AG on events in the TF2 community.
